This restored heritage site was originally a steamship pier and warehouse built in the 19th century by Chinese immigrants. It features traditional Chinese architecture, including a shrine dedicated to Mazu, the goddess of the sea, making it both a cultural and historical landmark.





After meticulous renovations, it reopened in 2017 as a vibrant lifestyle space. Visitors can enjoy a mix of contemporary and traditional elements, with upscale restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, and cultural exhibits.
